About Cricket Stitches
Hello, my name is Lorelei and growing up with such a unique name (which I love!), I never once found anything with my name on it. Not one mug or bike license plate! I think that is why I LOVE anything personalized.
After working in a commodities market in Chicago for 11 years, I settled down with my husband in Central Florida to raise a family. Eight years and 2 beautiful children later Cricket Stitches evolved out of my love for all things monogrammed, wanting to have something with my name on it and wanting a business of my own.
I try to be eco-friendly whenever possible. You may receive your order in a box that has been gently used however rest assured, what is inside will be beautiful.

In most cases personalized items will be shipped within 10 business days. You will be contacted by email if items are out of stock and will take longer to receive.
Our primary shipping is done through USPS & FedEx ground.
Shipping rates are as follows: up to $30.00=$8.50 $30.01 to $60.00=$9.50 $60.01 to $100.00=$10.50 Anything over $100.00=FREE to one address!
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You may track your order by the tracking number that will be emailed to you. Please allow 5-7 business days for ground delivery.
Personalized items may not be returned unless there is an error on our behalf, in which case we will promptly and happily redo your item.
